Question 1

What identification information should I send?

Accepted Answer

Send the registration and VIN if available, engine code if known, mileage where relevant, the exact part required and any existing part or OE number. Photos of labels, markings or the old component are optional but can be useful for matching.

Question 2

Can you supply a complete engine rebuild kit?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the engine, we can discuss a complete, application-specific rebuild kit. Contents are not universal: they depend on the VIN or engine code, required bearing or piston sizing and the scope of work, and may combine gasket sets, big-end and main bearings, thrust washers, piston rings, timing components and related wear items.

Question 3

Is this parts supply or fitting and repair?

Accepted Answer

This page is for engine-parts supply and purchase enquiries. Complete engine remanufacturing, engine supply and fitting, timing-system replacement, injector diagnosis, fitting or coding and other workshop labour are covered by the relevant service pages.
